Local Pickup
We do offer Local pickup for all of our items listed on our website. All products that are showing an "instock" banner will be ready for pickup within a few hours of placing your order. During the checkout process you will be able to select Local Pickup as the shipping option. Please check the Contact Us page to see our store address and hours of operation. If you have any questions regarding availability please reach out to us prior to placing your order.
United States
Continental US -
During the checkout process you will be provided with your shipping options. Items that are displaying the In Stock banner will ship next business day for small parcel shipments. If an item has "Free Shipping" the default shipping method will be UPS Ground. If you would like expedited shipping please reach out to us via the Contact Us page.
If the shipping option is LTL Freight order processing can take up to 2 business days. This is due the fact that the product will need to be palletized and scheduled with the freight carrier. We will contact you via phone prior to scheduling thes shipment.
If the checkout is displaying "Standard Shipping" this usually means that you have items in your cart that have multiple shipping terms. For example if you have an item that has Free Shipping and a product that charges shipping, you will not pay for the shipping on the item with Free Shipping only for the item that charges shipping. Or should you have an item that has UPS Ground option and an item that requires LTL Freight. The rate displayed will be a combination of both shipping methods. In some cases we can combine the items into one shipment and if possible we will refund any overpayment in shipping.
Once the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier it is out of our hands. Any delays due to carrier issues are not by any fault of ours. We will do everything we can to help resolve any delayed shipments but in some cases there is nothing we can do except rely on the carrier to correct the problem. Any missing items or mis shipped items must be reported to our store within 24hrs of receiving your order. This also applies to any carrier damages.
LTL Freight Shipments MUST be inspected prior to signing the Bill of Lading. If possible contact us at the store via phone while you are with the carrier and let us advise you how to handle. Any damages not reported at the time of delivery will be the responsibility of the person who signed for the shipment. We will email you instructions along with pictures of the shipment when it leaves our store so you will know what to expect when you receive the shipment.
Alaska & Hawaii -
If you are needing your order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii please Contact Us. We have turned off the shipping rates for these two states as the cost can vary depending on the size / shape / weight of the order. We are happy to work with you to find the most economical shipping option for your order.
International
At this time we have disabled International shipping rates from the checkout process. If you have a freight forwarder here in the United States we will be glad to ship to this US Based Freight Company. If you would like to see what the cost to ship direct to your international address please Contact Us.
There are some manufactures that restrict us from selling products outside of the United States. For this reason there are some items that we can not sell and ship outside the United States.
All international shipments will be quoted via DHL. At this time this is the only international Freight carrier we have available.
Any Duties, Taxes or Fees charged by the receiving country or the freight carrier are the responsibility of the Customer.
Any products shipped outside the US will no longer have a warranty from any US based Distributor. Unless otherwise stated.
Refunds, returns, & exchanges
