HOW TO USE:
+Pull out each leg until it locks into place.
+Pull out each leg until it locks into place.
+Press thumb tabs to remove lid.
+Place zip-close bag in mesh liner first.
+Unfold waste bag and place bottom in mesh bag.
+Make sure powder is fully exposed for use.
+Seat holds bag in place and keeps outer top of bag clean.
+After use, fold waste bag down into zip-close disposable bag.
+Use it, seal it and toss it in the trash.
